If there is heavy rain, lighting or high winds (winds over 15 miles per hour) the event will be canceled. We will do everything in our power to reschedule. Or you will get a full refund minus a 3.5% transaction fee. 

Bounce houses are extremely safe if they are supervised properly. We go over all safety concerns during delivery. 


Everything!  Including but not limited to: birthday parties, church events, charity events, company picnics, school fun days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Absolutely! There is an upcharge for renting as a wet unit. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

  • Children Ages 8 and under — max 10, or weight of 800 lb
  • Children Ages 9-12 — max 6 to 8, or weight of 800 lb
  • Adults 2 max
  • Adults and children should not enter bounce at the same time.
  • Older children and younger children should not enter bounce house at the same time.

After every event. All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.s.

Please no shoes in the Bounce house.

All riders must remove their shoes, eyeglasses and any other hard or sharp objects in their hair or clothing. No food, drink, gum, pet or silly strings and no hanging on the inflatable.


You need to be ready for the party! You will also need enough space for the unit so please access that carefully. You will need a dedicated outlet. If you are renting Wet you will need a tap at least 75 from where you would the unit setup. 

No. The unites must be setup by our staff, and not moved for the duration of the event. It’s a safety thing.
